Great Valley Propane did an excellent job removing an old tank from another company on my property. They installed a brand new tank and even transferred over the remaining propane from the old tank. The install was done quickly and efficiently. The technicians did such a great job! I can’t recommend Great Valley Propane enough.

Just switched to Great Valley Propane from a bigger national chain and the difference is night and day. The time from the first call to get a quote to installation of my new tanks with hook up was less than when I would wait for a simple call back from the national chain, if I ever got a call back. Great service all around. Auto pay and auto fill are getting set up, so that will be huge convenience. So far very pleased with Greta Valley Propane

Estimater Mark Densimore was very accommodating to our needs and schedules and costs were much lower than competitors. Installers were on time and very courteous, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions l had. Would highly recommend!

Great Company to deal with. Always prompt on service and the pricing has always been the best in the area. When things were tough they donated propane to the local restaurants to help with outdoor heating. I cannot recommend GVP enough.

Great first interaction with the lady I spoke with on the phone and the propane delivery gentleman that came to look at the tank. Not only did he give me tips on the propane tank (just purchased a home that has one) but also helped me set up an app on my phone for a meter a bought and helped me troubleshoot it until we/he figured out what was wrong.

Just got a new tank installed. GVP was very responsive to my needs and George answered all me questions as I was trying to make an informed decision. So refreshing to know a company that cares more about their customers than their bottom line. I will be recommending GVP to my friends.

Great service and follow up when leaving a message. Response time for delivery has also been excellent. Prices are very competitive and after many years with another propane company we chose to leave and go with Great Valley, they were able to provide us with much better pricing. I hope they continue with such fine service.

Amazing company with awesome customer service. I called desperate for propane because my tank was empty and I had guests coming for the holidays. I didn't do my normal fill during the summer because I expected to sell my home. That didn't work out. I wasn't worried about heat because the previous owner told me my system also runs on electric. Well, once the propane ran out, I realized this wasn't the case. I called today and Joan was able to schedule a same day delivery. She also helped me when there was a miscommunication about the amount I needed. She rectified the situation fairly and to my satisfaction. I told her she has earned a new customer for sure! George, the driver was also professional, nice and super helpful. Don't hesitate to use this company. They truly care about their customers. A wonderful experience for one happy customer.

We love Great Valley Propane as they take care of all our heating and cooking needs. When we switched over from oil heat to propane a few years ago, Pete F. helped us to install our new gas stove so I could make my Italian great-grandmom's fried peppers. When I tasted them, tears ran down my face, as I was transported to my childhood. We have never run out of propane and the bills are reasonable so that my family always has heat.
