Sign Up for the Budget Cap Smart Pay Program

The cost of living has skyrocketed for all our necessities here in the Mid-Atlantic. However, at Great Valley Propane, we believe in making propane affordable for everyone. That’s why we created the Budget Cap Smart Pay Program. Combat unpredictable propane bills with an 11-month budget plan that estimates your annual propane costs, divides them into small monthly increments, and bills you a low, predictable cost each month of the year.

Why Everyone Should Enroll in the Budget Cap Smart Pay Program

Enrolling in our Budget Cap Smart Pay Program is an exciting opportunity for you to spread your heating costs over the entire year. It’s a smart choice to help keep your home comfortable, especially in the colder months of the year. Here are just some of the other benefits of signing up:

  • Make your heating bills more predictable.
  • Protect against winter price volatility with a price cap.
  • Work your heating bill into your monthly budget with other fixed expenses.
  • Reduce your bills during the holiday season.
  • Know that your propane price won’t go above your price cap.

The Budget Cap Smart Pay Program starts on August 1st and runs through June 30th.

Terms & Conditions

The customer must use Great Valley Propane as their sole fuel provider during the contract period, 08/01/2025–06/30/2026.

Customer must enroll in autopay and auto delivery to be eligible for the Budget Cap Smart Pay Program.

A valid credit card must remain on file to participate in the Budget Cap Smart Pay Program.

The credit card kept on file will be charged on the 15th of every month for the monthly Budget Cap Smart Pay Program payment amount.

Customers with past-due balances are not eligible for the program until balance is paid in full. The total estimated cost for propane and price cap will be divided into 11 equal budget payments due in full on the 15th of each month from August 2025 through June 2026. Current credit terms for the customer account are in effect. Great Valley Propane holds the right to terminate this agreement if the customer account is delinquent at any time during the program period.

If there is a balance on the account at the end of June 2026, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. If there is a credit on the account at the end of June 2026, the credit balance will be automatically rolled over to the next heating season.

In the event of property sale, the customer must present proof of transfer to receive any refund due. This agreement is non-transferable to the new property owner without the approval of Great Valley Propane.

The customer’s fuel price will not exceed the contracted price per gallon during the Budget Cap Smart Pay Program period of 08/01/2025–06/30/2026. If the prevailing market price falls below the capped price, the customer will be charged the lower price. Deliveries before or after the Budget Cap Smart Pay Program contract period will be charged at the prevailing daily market price.
