Payment Plan Options from Great Valley Propane
Budget Plan
Our budget plan spreads your propane costs across 11 months, running from August through June. Instead of absorbing large charges during the cold months when usage peaks, your costs are broken into equal monthly payments that are easier to plan around.
Think of it as treating your propane bill like a utility, so you can build it into your monthly budget alongside everything else.

Total Protection Program (CAP Plan)
Automatic delivery customers who want some protection when propane prices fluctuate can enroll in this program. The Total Protection Program or CAP plan sets a maximum price-per-gallon for all fuel used from October through April. If the daily market price drops below the CAP price, you pay the lower rate instead.
There’s a small fee to enroll, but for many customers, it tends to pay for itself when prices shift throughout the season.
Prepay Program
Also available to automatic delivery customers, the prepay program lets you pay for your season’s fuel upfront and lock in a price for the remainder of the season, or until the gallons you reserved are used, whichever comes first.
