Designated as “The Gateway to Historic Bucks County,” Warrington Township is located in central Bucks County, approximately 20 miles north of central Philadelphia, encompassing 13.5 square miles and a population of 25,000. The Township is comprised of the unincorporated villages of Eureka, Neshaminy, Tradesville, and Warrington. There are over 300 acres of parks and recreation and almost 700 acres of preserved open space.
The Township has evolved into a commuter-oriented community, due to employment opportunities in metropolitan Philadelphia. The Pennsylvania Turnpike is approximately six miles south, and Routes 611 and 309 provide North to South transit to the metropolitan centers of Philadelphia and Trenton.
