Propane is safely stored in either above or below ground tanks and can be either owned by the customer or leased from Great Valley Propane. Zoning laws may dictate the size and/or placement of propane tanks on the property, or it may simply come down to your preference of where you choose to put them. Either way, we will make sure you have the right size tank and that its placement meets all existing regulations.

They are typically preferred as tank size increases as very little of the tank is visible and as such is much more aesthetically pleasing. More of our customers select this size tank.
